Questions
When does VIP access open?
Wednesday 11 November at 8am AEST (9am in NSW, VIC, TAS and the ACT). VIPs have the whole day to themselves. Doors open to everyone on Thursday 12 November.
How do I get in?
Sign up above. On the morning, your VIP code lands by text first, then by email. The site is locked to VIPs for the full day, so the code is the only way in.
How big is the discount?
That's the ??%. VIPs hear the number before anyone else does.
Is it really everything?
Yes. Sitewide. Supplements, apparel and every new product launching at the sale.
Do I need to give my mobile?
No, email is enough. The code goes out by text first though, so a mobile gets you in quicker.
What are the free gifts?
Four spend tiers. Hit one and the gift goes in your box automatically. What's in each tier is revealed to VIPs before launch.
How do the daily draws work?
Every $1 you spend during the sale is one entry. We draw a winner every day of the sale, plus one major prize at the end. Full terms are published when the sale opens.
Will things sell out?
Some will. New drops and free gifts are limited, and VIP day is when stock is deepest. If you've got your eye on something specific, that's the day to get it.
Can I use another discount code?
The VIP code is the sale. Other codes won't stack on top of it.
What about shipping?
Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $100. Orders ship in the order they come in, so VIP day orders are first out the door.
I'm already subscribed. Am I a VIP?
Not automatically. Pop your details in above so we know you want in. It takes ten seconds.
Offer details, gifts with purchase and prize draw terms are published at the start of the sale.
