📦 Shipping Information

Australia-Wide:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD
  • Orders under $100: Flat rate of $10 AUD
  • Express Post available — calculated at checkout

International Orders:

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Delivery time: Usually 2–5 weeks depending on the country and shipping method
  • Any taxes, customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped
  • Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days

🚚 Lost or Damaged Deliveries

We pack every order with care, but if something goes wrong, we’ll sort it out.

If your item is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@nexusnutrition.com and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly — we can’t replace items shipped to the wrong address.


🌍 International Shipping

Yes, we ship globally.

  • Delivery time: 2–5 weeks, depending on your location
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Any customs fees, duties or taxes are not included and are the customer’s responsibility

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not quite right, here’s how to return or exchange it.

Change of Mind Returns:

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be new, unused, and unopened
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds processed within 3 business days of receiving the return
  • Original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable

Exchanges:

Prefer a different item or flavour? We're happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.

Email us with your order number and the product you’d like to swap for, and we’ll guide you through the process.
(Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, let us know within 30 days. We’ll fix it ASAP — no return shipping cost to you.
