  • Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD

  • Orders under $100: Flat rate of $8 AUD

  • Express Post available and calculated at checkout

International

  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Delivery timeframe is usually 2–5 weeks depending on country and shipping method

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days

  • A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once shipped

  • Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–7 business days

📭 Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Every order is packed with care, but if something goes wrong, we’ll resolve it quickly.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address.

Change of Mind

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be new, unused, and unopened

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or something damaged, let us know within 30 days and we’ll fix it at no cost to you.
