Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By entering the Win the Ultimate Nexus Bundle giveaway (the Promotion) you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter

1.1 The Promoter is Nexus Sports Nutrition Pty Ltd (ABN 16 619 505 690) of 1 Crestgarden Court, Molendinar QLD 4214. Contact: hello@nexusnutrition.com.

2. Promotion period

2.1 The Promotion opens at 12:01am AEST on Tuesday 6 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 30 October 2026 (the Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Who can enter

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

3.2 Directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter, its agencies and suppliers associated with this Promotion, and the immediate families of any of those people, are not eligible to enter.

3.3 The Promoter may require proof of age, identity and residency before awarding a prize. Where proof is not provided to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction, the entry is invalid.

4. How to enter

4.1 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

4.2 To enter, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period, submit their full name, email address and mobile number through the official entry form for this Promotion, either on the Promoter's website at nexusnutrition.com/pages/win-the-ultimate-nexus-bundle or via the Promoter's official entry form on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

4.3 Each person may enter this Promotion once. Duplicate entries from the same person (identified by name, email address or mobile number) will be counted as a single entry.

4.4 Bonus entry. An entrant who, in the entry form, opts in to receive marketing SMS messages from the Promoter will receive one (1) additional entry into the draw, for a maximum of two (2) entries per person. Opting in is optional and not required to enter. Entrants can unsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribing after the Promotion Period does not affect their entry.

4.5 By entering, you consent to the Promoter adding you to its email marketing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not affect your entry.

4.6 Entries must be made personally by the entrant. Entries made using automated software, scripts, bulk or syndicate entries, or entries with false or incomplete details, are invalid.

4.7 This Promotion is one of several concurrent giveaways run by the Promoter. Each giveaway is a separate promotion with its own entry form, terms, prize and draw. Eligible persons may enter each giveaway once.

5. The prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize in this Promotion: the Ultimate Nexus Bundle, consisting of:

5.2 Total prize value: $1,039.15 (AUD, inclusive of GST, based on the Promoter's recommended retail prices at nexusnutrition.com as at 5 October 2026). Values are correct at the time of publication; the Promoter is not responsible for any change in value after that date.

5.3 The winner may choose the flavour or colour of each item from the range in stock at the time of claim. If any item is out of stock or discontinued, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

5.4 The prize is delivered free of charge to an Australian delivery address nominated by the winner.

5.5 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If any part of the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute a product of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

5.6 Any costs not expressly stated as included in the prize are the winner's responsibility.

6. The draw

6.1 This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

6.2 The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Saturday 31 October 2026 at 1 Crestgarden Court, Molendinar QLD 4214. The winner will be selected by electronic random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The first valid entry drawn wins the prize.

6.3 The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries at the same time, in case a winning entry is invalid or the prize is not claimed.

6.4 The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion, including the draw, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner notification and claiming the prize

7.1 The winner will be notified by email (and may also be notified by SMS) to the details provided on entry by Tuesday 3 November 2026, and the winner's first name, initial of surname and state will be published on the Promotion page at nexusnutrition.com/pages/win-the-ultimate-nexus-bundle within 7 days of the draw.

7.2 The winner must respond to the notification and confirm their delivery address and product selections within 14 days of the date of the notification email. The Promoter will make at least two attempts to contact the winner.

7.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday 24 November 2026 at the same location, from the remaining valid entries. Any winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email within 2 business days and published on the Promotion page within 7 days.

7.4 The Promoter aims to dispatch the prize within 28 days of the winner confirming their selections and delivery address. Where the prize includes product not yet released at the time of claim, dispatch will occur within 28 days of release.

8. Privacy

8.1 The Promoter collects personal information (name, email address, mobile number and, for the winner, delivery address) to conduct the Promotion, award the prize and, where you have opted in, to send you marketing communications. If you do not provide this information you cannot enter.

8.2 The Promoter handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://nexusnutrition.com/policies/privacy-policy, which explains how to access or correct your information and how to make a complaint.

8.3 The Promoter may share personal information with its service providers (including email and SMS platforms, advertising platforms and delivery partners) solely for the purposes of running the Promotion and fulfilling the prize.

8.4 The winner agrees that the Promoter may publish their first name, initial of surname and state as required by these terms and by law, and may ask (but not require) the winner to participate in reasonable publicity, such as a photo with the prize.

9. General

9.1 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to Meta. You release Meta from all liability in connection with the Promotion.

9.2 The Promoter may, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion if it is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

9.3 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these terms, or acts in a disruptive or unlawful manner.

9.4 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for any technical problems with any network, server, platform or device, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence.

9.5 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the Promotion or the use of any prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence.

9.6 If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.

9.7 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

9.8 The Promoter's products are dietary supplements intended for healthy adults. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
