Fairly happy. Can't complain. Moving from a stimulant formula to non stim, at first my reaction was this is rubbish.
The quantity of ingredients in comparison to some others lack in this formula. L citruline for example, less than half of others. The list goes on.
However, after using it for about a month or so now, I'm finding it OK. Definitely not as focused as a formula with caffeine, but hey, I'm not wanting caffeine so that's just bad luck. No bad juju there, huperzine and gpc just aren't the same in my books
The taste, as others say is quite something. It's sweet, it's sour it's easy to drink. I'd personally like to see some of the sweeteners removed and some more active ingredients in its place though. The flavour is strong so I don't see it impairing it flavour wise.
But a bit more pump and a bit more oompf would make me give this a 4 star.
Look, 3 stars is good. I'm a harsh critic, particular, fairly researched and big on value for money.
The product is fine, I feel more used to it now than I did a month ago, and I definitely see improvements when I'm using it. I just feel it lacks something in comparison to caffeine formulas and not just the caffeine. Caffeine doesn't give me energy, thanks to ADHD, it makes me sleepy but I still find good focus on it. So I'm a little different to others.
I've tried the old superpump 250, the old jack3d they were off their heads but they were a while other ball game. So again, I'm old school. I know what pre workout was, and now, what it isn't.
However, I'm OK with this, and to be honest... ill buy AMP3D again next sale. I petsonally add a bit more citruline to it, and beta alanine along with my Vit C to help absorbtion as a personal preference.
So I do recommend this product, but a few tweaks, I think would turn this ok-good product, to a really good- great stim free product.
I'm looking forward to what comes next if anything.
Got a couple of other products to try as well after this is finished so time will tell if I come back to it or not. However, yeah, I can't sh!tcan the product. If flavour is a huge tick for you, then you can't go past AMP3D.
