J I've been looking for a non stim, bought these on black Friday sale. Tastes great like others have said, but I'd rather it taste a little crap for better performance. The ingredients while good are in low numbers, 1500mg of citruline by all reports is not anything to rave about. Everything I've read (I'm no expert) says 4000mg-8000mg for noticable improvement. I've now used this for a couple of days and not found much improvement to be honest. Even some stimulant formulas have more citruline, and most non stim have citruline as their main ingredient. Alpha gpc is in low dosage too compared to others. Glycersize lower than others. In fact, compared to another brand I also bought black Friday, I think every ingredient is in a lower dose in Amp3d.
I still thought I'd try it as different chemicals help others work better. Did I find this at all? Not really.
Look, it's not bad, it does help, but if I'm going to compare price points, ingredients and bang for buck, I'm probably not going to buy again.
Better than others? No, better than nothing? Yes.
People need to stop worrying about the taste, and work on performance.
