What do I need to make it?

A cup, a tablespoon of cold water and a handheld frother or a small whisk. No milk, no coffee machine.

Does it need milk?

No. Just cold water. The creamer is already in the powder.

Light or thick?

Up to you. Whisk 30 seconds for a light foam, around 3 minutes for a thick one.

How much protein is in a serve?

8g of protein per 25g serve, with added hydrolysed collagen peptides.

What can I put it on?
