Nexus Collagen Cold Foam is Australia's first collagen cold foam powder: cafe-style protein cold foam you make at home with water. Mont Blanc is creamy vanilla with a twist of orange, made for a double shot over ice with milk. Every serve has 7.5g of protein and 7g of hydrolysed collagen peptides. Scoop, add 25ml of cold water, whisk for 30 seconds, pour over your coffee. It lives in the pantry and works with espresso, pods, instant or coconut water. 20 serves a pouch.

Creamer (Glucose Syrup, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Sodium Casein (Milk), Milk Powder, Stabiliser (340i, 452i), Emulsifier (481i), Anti-Caking Agent (551), Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides (28%) (Bovine), Sweetener (Erythritol, Sucralose), Skim Milk Powder, Natural Flavour, Sodium Chloride, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Food Acid (Citric Acid).

Contains Milk. Packed in a facility that also produces products containing Soy.

Add 1 serve (1 scoop) to a cup with 1 tablespoon (25ml) of cold water and stir to a smooth paste. Whisk with a handheld frother: 30 seconds for a light foam, around 3 minutes for thick. Pour it over ice and coffee. Try it: a double shot over ice with milk, topped with Mont Blanc foam. For thicker foam, whisk longer. For lighter, add a splash more water.
