Terms and Conditions for Nexus Sports Nutrition Promotional Game

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Nexus Sports Nutrition Pty Ltd (ABN: 16 619 505 690), located at 7/10A Industrial Avenue, Molendinar QLD 4214.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion commences on Wednesday, 12th November 2025 at 12:00am (AEST) and concludes on Monday, 1st December 2025 at 11:59pm (AEST).
2.2 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
3.2 Employees, directors, and officers of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Customers will receive one (1) entry for every $1 AUD spent on Nexus Sports Nutrition products via the official website: www.nexusnutrition.com during the promotion period.
4.2 The promoter reserves the right to offer double or triple point events during the promotion.
4.3 Entries are automatically recorded at the point of purchase (online or in-store, where applicable).

5. Prize

5.1 The total prize pool is $10,000 AUD cash.
5.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other goods or services.
5.3 The prize will be paid via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account.

6. Draw Details

6.1 The draw will take place at Nexus Sports Nutrition HQ (7/10A Industrial Avenue, Molendinar QLD 4214) on Friday, 5th December 2025 at 10:00am (AEST).
6.2 One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
6.3 The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Notification of Winner

7.1 The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 14 days of the draw.
7.2 The winner’s name will be published on the Nexus Sports Nutrition website and social media pages.

8. Claiming the Prize

8.1 The prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
8.2 If unclaimed, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. Privacy

9.1 The promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may use this information for marketing and internal communication.
9.2 Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering, participants consent to its use as described.

10. General Conditions

10.1 The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that tampers with the process or does not comply with these terms.
10.2 The promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties or failures that may affect entry or participation.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred in connection with the promotion or the prize.
